How it works

  1. Send items from WinRx Give a patient a route code and every fill goes to the app automatically, or tag individual prescriptions from the local profile and send them by hand.
  2. Pick up and deliver on any device Sign in with the store account, then your WinRx employee login. Pick up your route, plan the drive, and mark each patient delivered, returned or not administered.
  3. Everything flows back to WinRx Time stamps, signatures and witness records land in the patient's transaction history and in Supervisor reports, ready for the next audit.

What it does

Regular deliveries

Track each prescription from pick-up to the door, with a time stamp at both ends and a return path for anything that could not be delivered.

Witnessed OAT deliveries

Opioid agonist therapy is flagged on every screen and cannot be completed without the patient's and the witness's signatures, captured on the spot.

Nursing homes

Administer by medication time, record what was not given and why, and sign off every witnessed item in a delivery with one set of signatures.

Route planning

Optimize the drive for the shortest trip, or follow the stop order the pharmacy set in WinRx, both drawn on a map with directions.

Observations

Blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, oxygen saturation and urine screens, recorded at the visit and charted over time.

Video calls

Put a patient in front of a pharmacist from the doorstep. The patient joins from a link, with nothing to install.

eRx and MAP requests

Send a new prescription request or a medication assessment request to the pharmacy, signed by the provider before it leaves the room.

Admin reporting

Pending, picked-up and delivered tables for the whole store, with filtering, sorting, CSV export and print.
